Leadbyte ("Leadbyte," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Voryn Labs. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have, whether you're a creator using Leadbyte to build landing pages, or someone submitting your details through a Leadbyte-powered page.

1. Information We Collect

If you create a Leadbyte account:

  • Your name and email address (via Firebase Authentication)
  • Your project name and any profile details you add
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider, Bachs.io (we do not store your card details)
  • Content you create, such as landing pages, custom fields, and branding settings

If you submit your details through a Leadbyte-hosted landing page (as a visitor):

  • Your email address and, if requested by the page creator, your name
  • Any additional custom fields the page creator has configured (e.g. company, referral source)

We also automatically collect limited technical data such as page views and general usage patterns, in order to understand how Leadbyte is used and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To operate your Leadbyte account and dashboard
  • To deliver confirmation emails and waitlist notifications on behalf of page creators, sent via our email provider, SendByte
  • To process subscription payments via Bachs.io
  • To provide creators with a record of the contacts collected through their pages
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and enforce our Terms of Service
  • To improve Leadbyte's features based on aggregate usage trends

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • The creator of a landing page you submitted your details to they can see the contact information you provided through their dashboard.
  • Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Leadbyte, our users, or others.

4. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. Contact details submitted through a landing page are retained until the page creator deletes them or closes their account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction or deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

If you submitted your details through someone else's landing page, you can also contact that page's creator directly, since they control the contact list you're part of.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, hashed API credentials, and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to continually improve our safeguards.

7. Children's Privacy

Leadbyte is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
